Susan Mosey has a background in corporate
Human Resources Management and Organizational Psychology. Susan blends
the need for strategic return on investment with the understanding and
experience in human motivation. She is a skilled facilitator and
leadership coach after more than 12 years in HR Management and
Leadership Development roles with Roche and Charles Schwab & Co. She
has been formally trained and is well experienced in leadership and
management development, organization development, program - design and
delivery and performance improvement interventions. Specialties are the
DISC and PIAV profiles.
Tracey Carruthers is an Executive Coach. Her
experience of one–on-one coaching relationships is a discovery process
engaging both parties. Her clients include CEO’s in the private and
public sectors, corporate executive teams, entertainment personalities
and community leaders. Tracey’s focus is transition from a perspective
of health. “When we realize the potential of a healthy mind, body and
spirit, we live a conscious reality. We look at life differently, more
aware of our own participation in the drama, and move on with purpose.”
Tracey has more than 25 years of corporate leadership
experience, most recently with Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group,
Inc. Her corporate clients include Discover Financial Services, GSK
Pharmaceuticals, R. R. Donnelley, International, Radio Shack and Tricon
Global Restaurants.
She is the creator of several interactive leadership
development workshops including “RODE to Success: Recruitment,
Orientation, Development and Exposure,” written for the African American
Forum, a national organization of General Electric Executive Band
employees. Another successful endeavor is a workshop on Critical
Thinking: A day of interactive exploration and discovery designed to
help participants access the innate wisdom that leads to clear,
effective thinking.
Among her many awards: Media Recipient, Assault on
Illiteracy; Black Women of Achievement, NAACP Legal Defense and
Education Fund; National Association of Media Women, Issues in the Media
Recipient; and the 1995 Award of Excellence, Broadcast Journalism
Coverage, South Africa’s All-Race Elections.
Leona Haas is a dynamic and
insightful speaker, an accomplished training needs assessor and workshop
designer. She is experienced with several instruments including the MBTI
® , TKI, FIRO-B™, Strong Career Interest Inventory ® , and the Campbell
Skills and Interest Inventory. Leona has many years experience coaching
leaders and facilitators in organizational change and transition, team
development, and conflict management.
Leona is a national organization
development consultant and trainer. She integrates her understanding of
type and Jungian psychology into a broad range of organization
development applications: organization change and transition management,
strategic assessment and planning, executive coaching and leadership
development, total quality, team development, career development, and
conflict management.
Leona has earned an international
reputation as a pioneer in the use of the eight-function model. She has
co-authored two books on the MBTI and Jung's Processes: “Journey of
Understanding: MBTI Interpretation Using the Eight Jungian Functions”
published by CPP and “Jung's Mental Processes Building Blocks of
Personality Type” being published by Abbey Brook Publishing.
